Branch ID

Facial Recognition

Branch ID's facial recognition feature provides a secure, fast, and seamless method for verifying customer identities by comparing live images with stored profiles.

This advanced technology enhances user convenience while ensuring a high level of security, preventing fraud and unauthorized access.

How Facial Recognition Works

Branch ID's facial recognition technology offers a secure and seamless way to verify user identities in real-time. Using advanced AI algorithms, it compares a live image of the user to previously stored facial data, ensuring accurate and fraud-resistant authentication. Here’s how it works:

01

Capture the Customer

The process begins when the customer walks up to the teller. From the teller window the customer's face is captured by a camera.

02

Analyze the Facial Features

The system analyzes key facial features, such as the distance between the eyes, nose, and mouth, creating a unique facial biometric profile.

03

Match with Stored Data

The live image is compared against the customer's pre-registered facial data in the secure database. Branch ID uses advanced algorithms to ensure the match is accurate.

04

Verify Identity

Once a match is confirmed, the customer's identity is verified, granting access to their account or completing a transaction. If the match fails, the teller prompts the customer for another form of verification and saves the captured image for future recognition.

05

Secure Data Handling

All facial data is securely encrypted and stored to protect the customer's privacy, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations.

06

Real-Time Authentication

Branch ID’s facial recognition provides real-time authentication, allowing users to verify their identity in seconds, improving both security and user experience.
